EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
  • Provide office/clerical support: recordkeeping, reviewing and distributing correspondence, manage and respond to incoming calls, etc…
  • Establish agendas, presentations, and requirements for management, staff, or other meetings.
  • Managing the pastor's schedule and appointments
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for the pastor
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports
  • Organizing and maintaining records and files
  • Assisting with event planning and coordination, such as conferences and other church events
  • Providing administrative support for church committees and boards
  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to the pastor and the church.
  • Assume additional duties as required by management.

BRAND/MARKETING COORDINATOR
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and branding strategy for the church
  • Creating, updating, and managing content for the church's website, social media accounts, and other digital platforms.
  • Designing and producing print and digital materials, such as flyers, signage, video, and newsletters.
  • Coordinating and promoting church events and programs.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Collaborating with church staff and volunteers to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Managing the church's advertising budget and working with vendors to fulfill assignments as needed.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with local media outlets to secure coverage of church events and initiatives.
  • Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Staying up-to-date on best practices and trends in church marketing and branding.
  • Creating content for the church and all its entities.
  • Maintaining strong relationships and communication with vendors, scheduling their production, and ensuring payment.
  • Drafting copy for the church and its entities.
  • Creating and writing all devotionals.
  • Scheduling content creators and other vendors for all photo and video shoots.
  • Providing creative insight for all campaigns, conferences, and events.
  • Curating programming that speaks to all generations of the church.
  • Organizing the production of commercials for New Light Church and its entities.
  • Capturing photos and videos for social media channels.
  • Creating and editing video content for New Light Church and its entities.
HANDYMAN
  •  Clean building by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning surfaces.
  • Light maintenance such as replacing light bulbs and tightening loose screws.
  • Restock supplies and dispensers in common areas: restrooms, break rooms, etc.
  • Gather and empty trash receptacles and replace liners as necessary.
  • Dispose trash and recyclables in separate dumpsters.
  • Properly label, dilute and use all chemicals according to specifications.
  • Monitor building security, safety by locking doors and gates and checking electrical appliance use to ensure hazards are not created.
  • Responsible for opening and closing of various buildings, checking and monitoring comfort level by checking heating and cooling systems.
  • Observe appearances and conditions and report to manager/supervisor needed repairs for grounds, equipment and building operation systems, safety hazards, or conditions requiring outside vendor services.
HOUSEKEEPER
  •  Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen area.
  • Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs.
  • Sweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping floors.
  • Sorting, washing, loading, and unloading laundry.
  • Using any cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other cleaning tools.
